Born in Chicago, IL, and raised in the vibrant city of Memphis, Tennessee, Alicia now calls Winter Haven, Florida, her home alongside her loving husband, Darrell W. Phillips, Sr. Together, they have been blessed with six wonderful children and are the proud grandparents of twelve.

Alicia's educational journey began at the University of
Memphis, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. Driven by her desire to make a meaningful impact, she continued her academic pursuits and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Leo University.

In 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic,
Alicia courageously founded the Safe Harbor House of Transformation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Inspired by her vision to provide a safe haven and life-changing experiences for those in need, this noble endeavor stands as a testament to her unwavering dedication to serving her community.

Alicia wears many hats as the CEO of Safe Harbor House of
Transformation, overseeing the organization's operations and ensuring its mission of transformation and healing is fulfilled. Concurrently, she serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Primo Water, displaying her proficiency and dedication in the professional realm.
